Update on Bundaleer True Blue in Tasmania

Rob Wilson (Wiltshire Murray Grey Stud, Tasmania) has recently updated us that  Bundaleer True has settled in well to his new home is Tasmania. Rob mentioned '...he looks a treat, he is massive and really stacked on the condition when the feed was put in front of him...' We trust both Murfield and Wiltshire will have some superb calves on the ground in the latter part of 2011.This comes on the back of Bundaleer True Blue being exchanged for Murfield Apache in early 2010. Bundaleer Breeding Objective

To produce bulls that are frame score 5-7, ‘B’ muscled and have an easy doing constitution.

Our selection criteria goes beyond this with heavy emphasis placed on fertility, structural soundness, temperament, calving ease, Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs) and DNA markers for tenderness and marbling.
For our commercial clients, this means they can target their choice of market in Western Australia with more confidence, knowing they have the depth of pedigree required to sire a consistent line of cattle.

Hi Sam!

Ryevale park Rochelle's ident is RVP Z6. She was winner of the baby class at the 2005 Royal Sydney Murray Grey Feature Show, and has continued her success since she has been a cow. I am looking forward to taking her to the 2012 Murray Grey Feature at melbourne Royal. (might even take old Lady Jane (RVP P11).

Sorry if this isn't the right way to write a reply.... I have the "L" plates on!!

Cheers, Fiona
