NOO/3M BA.49 9-9901 ?? OLD AMPULE

I've got a few old ampules with this coding.

The closest thing I can relate to them is possibly "Nooramunga" stud.

If this rings a bell with anyone, info would be greatly appreciated.

Appears that it would be from the early 70's because of the other ampules they accompanied in the tank.
